• EnergyStar® Rated: windows, water heater, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all interior lights
  
• BluWood® floor decking and joist- this is specially-treated wood to resist moisture, mold and wood-ingesting insects, including Formosan termite
• Fiberglass insulation- the ABS standards far exceed EnergyStar® requirements
• Insulated duct systems
• Low flow toilets and shower heads
• Insulated fiberglass exterior doors
• Air infiltration wrap on the entire home
• OSB sheathing and decking
• All low VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) paints
• Recycling program for: wood scrap, sawdust, wire, vinyl, and cardboard
• Building in a controlled environment, with an optimized construction process and machinery, allows for much less material loss and waste
• Each custom home is built in a climate-controlled facility, eliminating the chances of air quality issues caused by high levels of trapped moisture during the construction process
